Richard Madden in Talks for Role In Marvel’s THE ETERNALS

A few months back, names like Richard Madden and Noah Centineo were being mentioned in conjunction with a certain Dark Knight of Gotham. But then Centineo landed He-Man in Masters of The Universe and now Madden, of Game of Thrones and Bodyguard fame, is reportedly in talks with Marvel for a role in the upcoming movie The Eternals.

So far, the film has already cast Angelina Jolie to star, while also tapping Matthew and Ryan Firpo to pen the script with Kevin Feige as the producer. Jack Kirby created The Eternals in 1976 and is also famous for characters such as Hulk and Black Panther.

There’s no word yet on who Madden would play.

The Eternals will be included in Phase Four of Marvel’s cinematic universe and be part of the second wave of heroes in the franchise. It does seem as if Marvel is recruiting some heavy hitters for this film as Richard Madden part of that national phenomenon Game of Thrones and Angelina Jolie is, well, Angelina Jolie.

Regarding her role, insiders have been telling The Wrap that she is currently in talks to star as the Eternal known as Sersi.

Avengers: Endgame was tough on a lot if not all viewers but Marvel clearly wants their fans to be fully aware that they will not let up and there will be more to come in this ever expanding universe.
