Tom Holland Gave Us Three New SPIDER-MAN: FAR FROM HOME Posters!

Read Time:1 Minute, 50 Second

For all you Tweeters out there (myself included), one may have noticed a certain Mr. Tom Holland, star of the upcoming Spider-Man: Far From Home, tweet out last Thursday the simple two words, “Monday morning…”  Yes, this could have meant anything but I believe it is safe to say that Marvel fans especially ran to their alert buttons to panic.  What could this mean? Don’t tease me like that, Spidey!

So Monday morning came and Holland revealed what it was he was hyping last week. He treated his fans to three new posters from Spider-Man: Far From Home!  This wasn’t exactly what fans were yearning for but it will do, for now.  You can check them out below:

The title is sticking to the ties of the first installment, Spider-Man: Homecoming.  Kevin Feige, in an interview with Comicbook.com, discussed the title saying, “Peter Parker’s next adventure, which will be a globe-trotting outing in the wake of two Avengers adventures.”  Hence the Far From Home title and will take place post Avengers: Endgame.  This may explain the reason why another trailer didn’t drop and instead posters were released.  In order to avoid spilling any more spoilers from Endgame to the public, Marvel may have decided to hold off on dropping another trailer until the movie is closer to the release date.

This time around it seems as though Spider-Man may be sporting a new suit and the black and red combo is another exceptional decision by the Directors.  Check out the synopsis below and comment your reaction to the posters and the decision to not release a new trailer.

Synopsis: Peter Parker returns in Spider-Man: Far From Home, the next chapter of the Spider-Man: Homecoming series! Our friendly neighborhood Super Hero decides to join his best friends Ned, MJ, and the rest of the gang on a European vacation. However, Peter’s plan to leave super heroics behind for a few weeks are quickly scrapped when he begrudgingly agrees to help Nick Fury uncover the mystery of several elemental creature attacks, creating havoc across the continent!”

Spiderman: Far From Home in theaters July 5.
