A New Synopsis For AVENGERS 4 Teases That More Death Is Coming
The paint hasn’t dried on Avengers: Infinity War yet, and we are already on to the next thing. Welcome to 2018. As shocking and as devastating that the conclusion of Infinity War was, Avengers 4 doesn’t seem like it will give us peace from the pain.
In the latest issue of License Global, a blurb concerning the plot of Avengers 4 was printed. Most of it is self congratulatory, but there is a little bit at the end that should concern fans.
“A culmination of 22 interconnected films the fourth installment of the Avengers saga will draw audiences to witness the turning point of this epic journey. Our beloved heroes will truly understand how fragile this reality is and the sacrifices that must be made to uphold it.”
It is natural to jump at that last part and say how can more people die? Well, between time travel, Dr. Strange’s powers, and the quantum realm which we will see in Ant-Man and the Wasp, they can get some of those people back. (There was casting news for Spider-Man 2, released a few days ago, so he’ll definitely be back, as will Black Panther and The Guardians.) But others might have to sacrifice themselves to make that happen.
Chris Evans says his contract is up after Avengers 4. That doesn’t mean that he can’t sign a new deal, but if he saves both Falcon and Bucky – his replacements in the comics – then he could go off into the sun set.
It is also getting to the point where it is exceedingly difficult to find a big enough truck to back up into Robert Downey Jr’s drive way. If Stark’s demise can ensure Peter Parker’s safety, I can see it going that way too.
If you’re favorite character didn’t make it out of Infinity War, don’t fret, there is still a chance for them. If they did, well, they aren’t out of the woods yet. Avengers 4 should have you scared.
Avengers 4 comes out next year. Hopefully we get a title soon.
