New DEADPOOL 2 Image Shows Wade Wilson “Joining” the X-Men

Read Time:51 Second

With about a month left until its release, more images for Deadpool 2 are starting to pop up.

Empire as released a new image from the upcoming sequel showing Ryan Reynolds’ Merc With the Mouth donning an X-Men themed t-shirt, flanked by Colossus and Negasonic Teenage Warhead.

It looks like Deadpool has given in to Colossus’ attempts to get him to join the X-Men after failing in the first film, but it could very well be a temporary alliance.

The picture also shows Hunt for the Wilderpeople’s Julian Dennison and it looks like he has some powers of his own. The scene itself looks like Deadpool and company are trying to prevent Dennison’s character from using his powers to cause more destruction.

Little is known about the plot of the film outside of Deadpool recruiting members for his own superhero squad, the X-Force, and Josh Brolin’s Cable coming to the past to prevent the hellish future he lives in.

Deadpool 2 hits theaters on May 18.

  1. I enjoyed the first Deadpool movie, I’d probably say 7/10 if I were to rate it however I didn’t think it was genre altering or a must see movie even for a complete and utter comic book movie fiend like myself. I thought some of the best scenes had already been revealed in the trailer (double headshot).

As for Deadpool 2………. I just can’t get hyped for it at all, the trailers have done nothing for me, I can’t put my finger on it either. I like all of the actors in the movie (except for maybe TJ Miller, the more I hear about him the less I like although I know Mr. Robles is a fan), I love the addition of Cable too, maybe it just seems like they’re trying to capture lightning in a bottle twice which very rarely happens.

This may be the first CB movie in a long while that I don’t bother with
