Jamie Lee Curtis Has Finished Filming On HALLOWEEN Sequel
Anticipation for the Halloween sequel jumped to another level when Jamie Lee Curtis announced she would return to play Laurie Strode in the upcoming film.
Filming for the long-awaited sequel started back in January, but Curtis has indicated she has already finished filming her scenes, via this post on Instagram.

Curtis had started shooting just two weeks ago and, now, fans have started to wonder just how much of Strode we’ll see in the final film. Curtis being done so quickly has fans worried we’ll see another situation similar to 2002’s Halloween: Resurrection, where Strode was unceremoniously killed off by Michael Myers in the first ten minutes of the film. Of course, we can’t count out additional filming in other locations and possible reshoots down the line, so fans shouldn’t be jumping to conclusions yet.
While the plot of the film is currently being kept under wraps, the little we do know is that the film will act as a direct sequel to John Carpenter’s 1978 classic, with Myers returning to terrorize Strode and her immediate family.
Directed by David Gordon Green, the film also stars Judy Greer and Andi Matichak.
Halloween will arrive on October 19.
