Tom Cruise Has Revealed The Title of The Next MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE and MORE!
Somebody finally convinced Tom Cruise to join Instagram, and the 55 year-old superstar made his debut on the social platform with a bang. His first two Instagram posts ever are big reveals for the next Mission: Impossible– the sixth in the series, which began back in 1996. One is the title, and the other is a glimpse of what the “big crazy stunt” will be this time around.
So what’s the sixth Ethan Hunt jaunt going to be called? Mission: Impossible- Fallout!
And Cruise has developed a habit of performing one especially crazy stunt in each of these movies. In Ghost Protocol, he dangled perilously off of the 2,717′ tall Burj Khalifa skyscraper in Dubai. In Rogue Nation, he held onto the outside of an airplane while it took off! In Mission: Impossible- Fallout, it looks like Cruise is going to hang off of a helicopter while it’s mid-flight!
We’ve upped the ante for the sixth #MissionImpossible. I can’t wait for you guys to see more.

Pretty wild stuff. But I guess it’s not surprising at this point, since Cruise just loves pushing his body to new limits.
You excited about Mission: Impossible- Fallout? It’s directed by Christopher McQuarrie, who directed the last one, and will bring back Rebecca Ferguson, Michelle Monaghan, Simon Pegg, and Ving Rhames, while also introducing us to new cast members like Superman himself, Henry Cavill. The mustache Cavill will be seen sporting in this film will be infamous for people who closely followed Justice League last year.
Mission: Impossible- Fallout arrives on July 27.
What do you think of today’s two big Mission: Impossible reveals?

No, seriously, I’m in love with these films. They’re so much fun! The fact that McQuarrie is back in the chair makes me even more excited. Way of the Gun is one of my favorite movies. I’ll watch McQuarrie do anything. Also, I’m not a Cruise hater. I think he’s an excellent actor and a phenomenal action star. HYPE!
You and me both. The M:I films haven’t steered me wrong (save for M:I2), Tom Cruise is forever The Man, and McQuarrie is wayyyy underrated.
Bring this on!
